We have operated for 6+ years and delivered 1000+ vintage bike restoration and customization projects and we believe clear communication and trust is the key for this kind of business. What if I don't see the decal I need?
In order to increase our vintage reproduction decal gallery, we are continuously working on various new design based on customer's request. Reach us out at admin@thelifemachine.com with subject [New Decal Request], submit the complete reference and be sure to provide plenty of photos and measurements with those photos, if any.
I emailed you but haven’t received a call/email back. When will I hear from you?
All of our customer service is handled via email, and we are not able to respond right away to every contact. Filling orders, along with answering inquiries regarding current and past orders, are our highest priority. Contact to request decals not listed on our website may or may not receive a response. Requests should be submitted through our website (see question above).
Why do you need 10-20 business days to ship my decals?
Stock decals will be processed right away after your order is confirmed, and it only takes 2-4 business days. On the other hand, frameset decals are mostly produced specifically to meet your color/subtype request, one for one customer, so it may take extra time to process.
How do I get custom decals?
Let us know if you would like to create more complex design and need our assist by sending an email to admin@thelifemachine.com with subject [Custom Decal Design].

What forms of payment do you accept?
We collect payment via Paypal which is available to select on the checkout page.

We currently ship pretty much everywhere on planet Earth
How much does shipping cost?
Add items to your cart and enter your shipping address in the checkout to see shipping costs. We would never want to stand between you and our products so we do everything we can to keep our shipping prices affordable. Shipping is generally $8.50.
When will my order ship?
We always aim to get your stuff to you as quickly as possible. All in stock items usually ship in 2-4 business days from our store in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Frame set or custom decals are pre-order items which take 10-20 business days. For other pre-order items, check the product page to see an estimated ship date. Any additional items purchased with a pre-order will be held until everything can be shipped together.
During product launches, when order volume significantly increases, it can take our small team up to a week to ship orders.
When will my order arrive? Is tracking available?
We ship everything through Universal Postal Union, which are USPS for United States, Royal Mail for United Kingdom, Deutsche Post for Germany, La Poste for France, Poste Italiane for Italy, etc. It comes with tracking and typically take 7-14 days to arrive. You will receive tracking info via email when your order leaves our shop. You can track the given tracking link to both UPU, or your country postal service website.
We use Postal Service due to its worldwide coverage, low prices, and fair shipping days. If you need your order to be sent faster, we can provide you option for express shipping (2-3 days) by using DHL or UPS. You have to send us email first for a quote on this. Express shipping option is available if your order is higher than $50.

What should I do if I believe my order has been lost in transit or was stolen after it was delivered?
Occasionally carriers update the delivery status of packages before they actually arrive. If your order still hasn't arrived after 24 hours you should file claim with the carrier (indicated in your tracking email). The Life Machine is not responsible for orders that go missing or are stolen after delivery.
Can I return my purchase if it just doesn't work for me?
We will not accept any returns of purchase unless the product is defective.
I received my order, but it seems to be defective, can you send me a new one?
The Life Machine puts quality above all else, but sometimes manufacturing faults do occur. If you feel your product might be defective send a message to admin@thelifemachine.com with the order number from your purchase and a picture of the issue. Please note damage due to shipping or transit will not be covered by us.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
We allow 15 days, from the original delivery date, to initiate a return or exchange. Please email admin@thelifemachine.com as soon as you know you require a return or exchange.
Where do I send my return/exchange?
All of items being returned to The Life Machine should be carefully packaged to protect against damage in transit. Once you have received authorization to return your order, send it to:
