Refund

- We do not accept any refund except if the product received is defected/not complete as per your order. 
- The items had to be returned first to our shipping address to be checked by our team upon the refund process is completed. 

Return 

- Return is only allowed if the product is defective. Due to this condition, please email to admin@thelifemachine.com by attaching the unboxing video of the product. We will not accept any returns if there is no unboxing video of the product. 
- The items must be in the same condition of when they were packed. We will NOT make the refund if the products seem used, damaged, scratched, or smudged.
- We can not accept your return, for items that are over 15 days passed after delivery.
We appreciate your understanding in advance.

 

Exchange

- The shipping fee and difference of item price will be charged or refunded when the substitute items are re-shipped.
- We can not accept any exchanges for items that are over 15 days passed after delivery.

Return and exchange under our responsibility

- When receiving defected items, items different from the customer's orders or wrong quantity of items, we will be be responsible for the round trip shipping fee and of course, re-shipping the items you need. Please contact admin@thelifemachine.com ASAP when there is something wrong with your order.
- If we can not prepare correct items, we will refund the full amount of the items.
- We can not accept your return, for items that are over 15 days passed after delivery.

Conditions of returning or exchange

- The items must be in the same condition of when they were packed. We will NOT make the refund if the products seem used, damaged, scratched, or smudged.
- Bicycle components must be unassembled, unused.
- Clothing, bags and shoes must be unworn, unwashed. They must be unused with all original tags or labels attached.
- Other items must be unused, no scar and undamaged. Clean with original package and in clean condition.
- We can not accept your return, for items that are over 15 days passed after delivery.
