Return and exchange under our responsibility

- When receiving defected items, items different from the customer's orders or wrong quantity of items, we will be be responsible for the round trip shipping fee and of course, re-shipping the items you need. Please contact admin@thelifemachine.com ASAP when there is something wrong with your order.
- If we can not prepare correct items, we will refund the full amount of the items.
- We can not accept your return, for items that are over 15 days passed after delivery.
