Shipping policy
Delivery Method
We ship everything through EMS by Universal Postal Union for international shipping. The package is sent from Indonesia by Pos Indonesia then forwarded by domestic postal service from each recipent countries e.g. USPS for United States, Royal Mail for United Kingdom, Deutsche Post for Germany, La Poste for France, Canada Post for Canada, etc.
You can track the given tracking link to both UPU, Pos Indonesia, or your country postal service website.

Delivery Charge
The shipping rate is determined by delivery area and the total weight and size of purchased items. The rate will be calculated automatically in the checkout page after you have filled the correct shipping address.
Custom duties, sales Taxes and custom clearance fee
Custom duties, sales tax or custom clearance are excluded from the price.
Please be aware that the customers will be responsible for these costs.
What we cover and what we do not
We have delivered thousand decals to anywhere on earth safely for years. However, anythings might happens on the freight and it is something beyond our control. We cover one time FREE reproduction cost in case of delivery failure due to the package is lost or damaged due to shipment. The delivery cost will still be charged to your side.
In case of what you received is wrong (not as requested, incomplete set) we cover all the reproduction and shipping cost.
